Thoughts on event design, experience and how events should work

What Makes an Event Worth the Investment?
Events aren’t cheap, and for a lot of businesses, that’s the problem. They set out a financial ROI and everything fixates on that.
They spend the money, the event runs, people attend and afterwards there’s a lingering question:
Was it actually worth it?
Not because anything went wrong, but because nothing really happened.

What Makes an Event Actually Work (not just look good)?
Most events look good. That’s not the problem.
The problem is they don’t always work.
You can have a beautifully styled space, incredible florals, perfect lighting and still end up with a room that feels flat, awkward or disconnected.
Because how an event looks is only one part of it. What matters more is how it’s experienced.
