Environmental

As an environmental engineer by training, this is something very close to my heart. My events journey started with an environmental conference and exhibition in 2012.

We take a considered approach to sustainability, helping clients make better event decisions without losing sight of creativity, quality or guest experience.

From materials and supplier choices to transport, waste and reuse, we look at where impact can be reduced in practical ways across the planning and delivery process.

We also offer carbon footprint assessments for events, giving clients clearer insight into environmental impact and supporting wider ESG reporting and decision-making.

Our environmental approach includes:

  • Conscious Sourcing – working with trusted suppliers who share our values and prioritise ethical, sustainable practices.

  • Reusable & Hire Options – by offering a curated hire collection and DIY options, we are actively reducing single-use décor. We actively  invest in our products, and actively repair and refurbish to maximise the lifecycle of event styling pieces.

  • Waste Reduction – careful planning and conscious design minimises excess materials and ensures responsible disposal. We  have a reuse option for chair covers and send waste linens to local charities to be made in to rags. which supports our circular economy aspirations.

  • Local Focus – where possible, we work with local businesses to reduce carbon footprint and strengthen communities.

  • Advisory-our experience means we can advise other Event Managers and venues, this can be as simple as replacing single use bottles of water with jugs, to managing the timing of buffet service to minimise waste.

Social

  • We champion diversity and inclusion across our events, teams, and supplier partnerships.

  • We pay above the living wage.

  • We supporting local communities by collaborating with independent businesses and charities.

  • We create safe, welcoming event environments that encourage connection and wellbeing.

Governance

  • We operating with transparency, professionalism, and accountability in every project.

  • We building trusted, ethical partnerships with suppliers and clients.

  • We continually review our practices to align with industry best standards in sustainability and corporate responsibility.
