We started out as an event planning company and continue to serve our clients needs for this. Our services are as unique as each client and flexible depending on your vision and budget.
Design/Style Consultations – Need ideas, inspirations & advice? We offer design consultations onsite at your venue to help you create your uniquely yours event. Rates begin as low as $100 for a 2 hour consultation. Consultations fees may be reimbursed with your order. This is a great starting point in creating the vision for your event and sourcing all of your rental items from linens to specialty items that suite you, the venue and the celebration that you are creating.
Decorating/Styling – Do you want more than just a delivery? Do you need help putting it all together on the day of your event? Marvelle is pleased to provide expert styling services for clients who need the additional help making everything look as beautiful as it can. Rates are based on location(s), amount of inventory, hours and staffing. Same day set up and tear down services are also available. This is perfect for most venues with in house coordinators. Relax and let us do all the work in bringing your day together so you can just show up and enjoy.
Month of Coordination Services – We specialize in working with couples who have actively planned their own wedding and need that extra bit of help bring it all together and then executing it all on the day of the wedding.
We start working hand in hand with you 1 month prior to your wedding where we sit down and have a very detailed meeting learning everything that you have planned and what you are needing from us to make it happen. From there, we work with you to create detailed information sheets to organize all the details of your wedding. We become the main liaison for your wedding once we know all the plans and distribute the information needed to all your vendors. This will take that stress off your shoulders so you can relax leading up to the wedding.
We will be a part of your rehearsal to better manage the ceremony on the day of the wedding.
On your wedding day, we are onsite monitoring deliveries, the actual setup, we will also style the space on your behalf with provided and rented items.
Once everything is setup and guests begin to arrive, we move into the management role to make sure that your wedding goes as planned and stays on time. We are available to deal with any issues that may arise in a discreet and professional manner.
