New Review and Sneak Peak into Allison and Mike’s Tralee Wedding.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Allison & Mike for their Rustic & Fall inspired wedding this past weekend.  Allison is a chef & trusted only the finest to take care of the culinary needs for the wedding by hosting it at Tralee with One99 of Orangeville taking care of the food and beverage portion of the evening.

The Details were amazing such as the use of wine barrels, that were taken apart to create the centerpiece candle holders and the very cool cupcakes stand that Allison’s father, a retired engineer, created out of her vision.

It was an amazing celebration, infact one of the best I have been part of in a long time.  At most points in the evening, the carriage house was shaking with atleast 100 people on the dancefloor at any given time.

Here is Allison’s message that I received today along with a sneak peak into their wedding day.

Laura,

I want to thank you very much for your great work on Saturday night. It was obvious
of the great job you did since the dance floor was packed all night!
You were a great pleasure to work with and I will highly recommend you if you ever need a recommendation.

Thanks again and I look forward to speaking with you in the future0.
All the best,
Allison & Mike (September 22nd, 2012)
